An updated NENC Shared Care Protocol – Ciclosporin (oral) for patients within adult services (non-transplant indications) has been published.
Changes/adaptations:
• Section 4 amended to “Transfer of monitoring and prescribing to primary care is normally after at least 12 weeks, when the patient’s dose has been optimised and with satisfactory investigation results for at least six weeks” to match section 5.
